IAJ is committed to maintaining our high standard of service while ensuring the safety of your crews and clients. Operations at each of the Japanese airports we serve are fully compliant with federal government, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and airport regulations and guidelines. All IAJ facilities are regularly disinfected and all duty staff are pre-tested for Covid-19 and cleared to work. PPE and social distancing are required for all staff working in proximity to crew, passengers and other staff. We kindly ask that all visitors wear face masks when entering IAJ vehicles and facilities.

The Japan government regulations designed to prevent the spread of Covid-19 are subject to change at any time. For the latest information, please see this link: https://www.mhlw.go.jp/stf/seisakunitsuite/bunya/newpage_00032.html

Entry Restrictions

The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs regularly updates its requirements for entry into Japan on a country-by-country basis. We recommend you carefully review the latest update here to see if travel bans or quarantine requirements apply to your crews and passengers.
